Case Study: Rocklin Bounce House Rentals

Rocklin Bounce House Rentals is a company based out of Sacramento, California. They rent out water slides, bounce houses, games, and party equipment. They reached out to me to build brand awareness and grow acquisition efforts.

Problem

Rocklin Bounce House Rentals was struggling to increase the volume of new customers year over year. People weren’t as willing to spend money on entertainment due to the economy still in a rough spot from COVID-19. Although business was slow, I was determined to bring in new customers.


Strategy

I recognized the need for brand awareness efforts and suggested implementing an optimized paid advertising strategy mixed in with social media management. There was also a need to build relationships within the community to secure larger bounce house deals, so a catalog, flyers, and business cards would be designed for the sales team to use.


Results

By implementing this combination of strategies, purchases increased 13% year over year and 11% quarter over quarter. Revenue increased 17% quarter over quarter and average order value increased 5% quarter over quarter.
